upid_to_deployment_id
Gets the Kubernetes Deployment ID for the process with the given Unique Process ID (UPID). If the given process doesn't have an associated Kubernetes Deployment, this function returns an empty string.
Returns: STRING
The Kubernetes Deployment ID for the UPID passed in.
